In order to design the optimum production process, the degree of in-house production, design of work-stations, and material flow are specified specifically for each product.

We consider several aspects in our analysis for the optimum degree of in-house manufacturing. These include proprietary production technologies, supply reliability, and dependence on third parties, as well as costs and capacities. The production process for numerous components begins in house, with our own machining centres.

Our work-stations are designed by our process planners, created by our tool making department, and approved in our pilot run.

All this leads to true individual solutions and complete production lines.

The work-stations are of a consistently modular and mobile construction. Thus, we can rapidly adjust our lines to your changes in demand.

Thanks to the broad qualifications of our staff and flexible allocation of space, we can ensure an uninterrupted flow of material and smooth operation.

Moreover, we are able to continually meet the demands of a growing market, due to the potential for expanding our manufacturing plants.
