All development and optimization projects at ETO MAGNETIC follow a clear and structured process. One responsible project manager is in charge of each project, coordinating all activities through to successful program implementation.
 

The progress of each project and all functions involved are checked at regular intervals by comprehensive reviews. In this way, we make sure that all projects are always provided with the necessary resources to ensure a successful launch.

All development projects for new products go through a multi-stage check-list structure with defined quality criteria up to the point of final authorization for production.
